We collect only what the App needs to work, we never sell your information, and card details are handled by Stripe, not us. This policy explains what Union Performance LLC ("Union Performance") collects through the Union Performance Training app and how it is used.
What we collect

We do not collect or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Cookies
The App uses a small number of essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one that remembers the workout day you were viewing so the App reopens where you left off. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide the App, process your subscription, send account emails (such as invitations and password resets), respond to you, and keep the App secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run the App for us, each limited to what they need:
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions
- Supabase: database and sign-in
- Vercel: hosting
- Cloudflare: video delivery
- Resend: account emails
- Sentry: error reports
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. If you cancel or your access ends, we keep your account and workout history so you can return, unless you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing up@unionperformance.us. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Access to your information is restricted in the App's database, so members can only see their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any updates here and change the date above. If a change is material, we will notify you by email.
